Sketch of Harriet 'Harry' Dresden nee Blake from my fanfic series Executioner Dresden. It started as a fill for a prompt and snowballed into a fully fledged world. Basically Harry Dresden falls through universes and becomes Anita Blake. Only, he refuses to pretend to be what he's not and so everyone thinks that Anita had a psychotic break and is coping with the stress of her job by telling everyone to call her Harry.
