Another Tegakie drawing that I finished last night and was kinda lazy in submitting it (plus it was 1 am so I was tired lol) And like I said from my last entry, I'll submit my other Street Fighter stuff later....I just bought a camera and I wanna make sure the quality doesnt suck.Charlie is one of my favorite Street Fighter characters, next to Rose and Abel. Hope you guys like it ^-^
