This is very nice compared to some of your earlier works.
My only critique is the ocean. I like what you did with the shading, but I don't think those waves in the background were necessary. I think it would've been better if the ocean was just flat on the horizon because that would mean it's further away...and stuff. Idk.
Also I think the eyes are a kind of high on their head, they need to be closer to the muzzle.
Otherwise, it is a really nice drawing, and your shading is getting much better.
