EDIT: Added some stuff and fixed up a few things that didn't look right! I hope ya like it!I worked on this for DAYS
Very happy with how it came out and have been really into sci fi art so you'll probably be seeing a lot more of it from me
Story behind this painting: "A young female being named Meneera was kidnapped, imprisoned and forced to fight in 'battle to the death' matches with others such as herself on the planet Ghol. she tries to escape after months of torturous fighting and manages to make it outside city walls and into the raw, dangerous lands of the violent planet, home to the lowest of the low that the far reaches of space has spewed. While 'guards' search her out from the sky, they send out a ground force in the form of the monstrous Ghilgarer. Having already barely escaped it's grasp once, Meneera now awaits in the shadows, preparing to attack, turned from a once gentle, elegant girl into a dangerous and merciless killer. Either she will win and be able to escape or die by the claws of the wretched creature... OR even worse... be dragged back into the Hell Hole they called the '
it'."Who'll win? Hehe, that's up to your own imaginations!
I don't really like the title so if anyone can come up with a more epic one let me know!

Man, it LOOKS so sci/fi--dark, strange, and imaginative...that's really neato. The colors really help to set the scene, and the lighting is so eerie--and the creatures themselves are pure creepiness incarnate!

Whoa! Very retro-grade pulp sci-fi. A pleasing mix of surreal and grit.
Creepy looking creature design. Giant spider-things always make for excellent fiends of evil. And the little details are exquisite, as ever. From the cuts and gashes on both of them, to the lovely hint of night sky, all of it comes together very well.
It looks exactly like the cover of a novel should look in my opinion!
