Executor Mirelle was born many years ago in a middle-class family. Nothing of note occurred out of the ordinary prior to when Hikari Oblivion, then titled Voidmistress, arrived when she was roughly 14. During the takeover process, as seems to be routine for her conquered planets, the intelligent race inhabiting it - Human - was made immortal through the use of magic, which was also introduced to the world by Hikari Oblivion at this point. In addition to becoming immortal, the philosophical beliefs of the tyrant at the time - the superiority of females in all regards and aspects - were enforced, making the entire population female. A "Ruling AI doll" was installed, a streamlined humanoid, its body covered in silvery metal plating. Establishing a world government, it announced policies and new laws while Hikari Oblivion was away from the planet.

Upon graduating from high school, she made cursory studies of the four types of magic - Chaos, Light, Order, and Darkness - before deciding to double-major in Psychology and Chaos magic in one of the few universities that offered classes in magic at the time of her study. Placing an emphasis on the study and manipulation of memory and the subconscious, especially dreams, she prepared for a career as a psychologist - due to the strict philosophy Hikari had regarding gender at the time of takeover, there was an increased need for therapists. She spent 15 years along this career path.

Later in life, The Equality Doctrine was announced. The once-controversial, but now long since accepted alteration of society was to be reversed, following an unexplained change of heart by the increasingly kind ruler. The Doctrine established that "All genders" - implying the acknowledgment of non-binary gender - were considered 'equally superior' and announced that an engineered virus would be restoring inhabitants to their chosen gender. In addition, she made a public appearance in a new form, draconic and considerably more ambiguously masculine in gender, "in penance for the pain [she] inflicted on [her] people." Subsequently, the existence of a co-ruler - an entity known as Sayoko Oblivion, bearing the title of Voidmistress and believed to be her mate, was revealed.

A chance encounter with the ruling AI doll after the Doctrine was announced changed her opinion of the ruling party, and she left the field of psychology to become an "Executor" - a member of law enforcement that 'executes the law created by Hikari Oblivion", the term an antique of a much more violent age in her other governments on other planets. Utilizing her skills in understanding people, she executes the branch of law involving conspiracy and planned crimes, up to and including the overthrow of government.

Recent murders of male populace, believed to be caused by those who oppose the Doctrine, have strained the Executor department to the point that Executor Mirelle has temporarily taken on the position of Executing laws pertaining to violence, due to the previous two Executors deaths, and her ability to divert knowledge of her location from her would-be assassins.
