It was 's birthday quite a few weeks ago and being the slow ass I am, my birthday present is horridly late ;__;
So, without further ado, here's everyone's favorite magical mermaid girl.
This was the first time I used Photoshop for a whole image in a while. Also I hope you don't mind I kind of experimented with a new lineless style.
