Thank you! I name most of my ferrets after Norse gods actually. LOL. I've had Loki, Freya and Odin, and the other ferrets I've had came with their names, I didn't get to name them. I haven't heard of that book, is it good?

Hmmm...I read a lot of fantasy and scifi books mostly. I'm reading the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris, if you like vampires...it's good!

Awwwww, no more ferrets? My husband is leaning in the direction of not letting me get any more when my last three go...he says they're too smelly. But I love them!

I used to also have a pet mouse but she wouldn't stop biting
so we found her a new home with someone who had more experience
training mice and that is when we decided to get a rat instead of a mouse.
Rats are way, way easier to train than mice. Atta is really sweet and gives kisses

One of my friends had two pet rats a while back. They were awesome! For some reason where I live now, in Anchorage, rats are against the law to own as pets...that always made me sad. Laws like that are so silly...

I love when she's on my shoulder when I'm laying down and she'll crawl into my
shirt and tickle me for a little while and then falls asleep, it is too cute!

I have no idea why it's against the law! I just remember when I first got here I worked at a pet store and I had wanted to get a rat as a pet and I asked why we didn't sell them...the owner told me that some law was passed a long time ago and now they're illegal.

Maybe something to do with rats biting or worried of diseases? Also could be because they tend to have a pretty short lifespan, but who knows!
