"I will be safe. Howl only steals the hearts of pretty girls."When I first watched Howl's Moving Castle, I was surprised by Sophie's character at first. She had no confidence in herself whatsoever and usually, Miyazaki female leads are such strong women. Of course, that all changes by the end of the story.
But since I was cosplaying brown haired Sophie, I felt I should portray her in a timid way.
I can't wait to do silver haired Sophie in the future!

I think you did a great job of capturing her personality through your facial expression and pose. Wonderful costume as well. Did you have a pattern to make it or did you freehand? Either way, it's impressive. I'm new to costume making, so I like to ogle at what other people have done. (:
And yes, Howl's Moving Castle is one of my favourite movies, because watching the change in Sophie is great!
