It's not really about how much you like them its about who you think you would win for the stats. But I think DHMIS would win too because tony's timey wimey powers and the computers glitchy teleportation to another world.

How? Dhmis has more of a psychological fear factor that lasts through out the videos while Fnaf, you get jumped scared and it's over.
Also, Tony has the power to make the animatronics age until the machine falls apart and the computer (he has no official name) can teleport them into his computer world. Let's also not forget that in Dhmis, they have been to more places to spread it's fear than just a dingy office or a room you can't leave (example: When Robin had his organs eaten in a lab, or that cloud land Manny went to for love)
So FNaF is basically screwed by the mind fuckery known as Don't Hug Me I'm Scared.
