Pink + Orange! ^^This is my entry for the "Forbidden Love Contest" by `emmil ... I will try it. ;]

they're good, I agree, but your concept is very original and your skill with colour pencils is unbelievable
this one is also one of the best [link] but angel/demon theme is rather predictable.

Now this is fascinating !
I've always thought pink and orange was a great combination ( because it looks so sweet :} ... ) - and you really use the contrast between these colours to the full.
The pink background really brings out the adorable goldfish and the eye shadow around the lady's eye ~
Maybe to illustrate her fascination / obsession with the fish ... Like it's consuming her in some way.
She really longs to be like it ... 
Once again I especially like the hair ~ And the fishbowl looks very realistic too I must say !

Yep, the concept is adorable, but it's not my own.. I just used it for the theme..

And so that there would be some point in my comment: I think that the girl is nearly perfect, but you could've worked more on the fish bowl. It looks a bit grainy when compared for example to the girls eye (which is great). And the part with water could be a little more different compared to the part with air (in the bowl, I mean). But I have no idea how you could exactly do that...
But those are the only things that I can point out. I understand perfectly, or... Actually I don't understand at all how your patience lasts so long that you're able to do a finished piece with coloured pencils. I'm currently working with them, for a first time in years, and I doubt if I'll ever get it finished... We'll see

Yes, I know.. it looks grainy. -.- That's caused by the pencils which I had to use stronger.. eh, sorry, I don't know how to explain it right 
It's not as soft as the eye or the skin because the colour had to be more intensive and so it became grainy. Depends on the colour.... =/
But I will still practise it, maybe I will find a way that it doesn't look that grainy. Don't know..
Hehe, I am sure you will finish it and that it will look very good

I really believe that big areas with a strong colour are a pain to so with coloured pencils (I suffer from the same, and when I'm used to watercolours, I just can't stand that grainy effect...)
I don't know how soon I'm going to finish it, if that happens.

Very nice! I like the reflections and highlights on the bowl; except that they looked a little strange because in the original photo the background is much darker? Still I guess that adds to the effect!
