Description Drawn for ~Talos2110 , my bro wants sevatar in his pre-heresy night lords army, so under his specifications i drew this so the guy he's commissioning to make him has something to work with, and it looks quite nice to boot.

Also he is technically loyal at this point, so should go in any loyalist/imperium of man group folder, to clear that up in advance

----

actually you know what, one more note in advance, if you feel the need to tell me the picture is too dark, please go fuck yourself. this is a NIGHT LORD, he's not gonna be sunbathing on a fucking beach!
sorry, i just don't want to hear it

He looks just as a Night Lord should, very well done!
I do have one question though
In 'Prince of Crows' Sevatar's helmet is said to have a skull painted onto it, is there a reason why it is absent in this drawing??

(forgive me if this question was asked already, DA wouldn't let me see all reactions... )

that question might be better posed to ~Talos2110 , this was designed to his specifications, so i only really followed his instruction, i haven't even read prince of crows (yet). perhaps it was just an oversight, beyond that i have no answer for you

And perhaps he liked it better this way
I was just curious, that's all

Damn, I love the night lords. they're pretty much a whole bunch of batmen who kill.

to put it mildly, i don't agree though, fortunately it's half 12 in the morning and i'm in no mood to go into a long-winded discussion about why that isn't true

ok, while the ball is perhaps in my court to suggest why the night lords aren't like batman, i'd first like you to tell me what batmans chief characteristics are and why they correlate to the night lords, this way we'll be talking about the same points

oh wait. I was thinking about their primarch being like batman in a way. I forgot that they(legionaries) were a bunch of criminals/rapists/ gangsters/ murderers. hahaha. Totally different from batman.

ah right, yes it can certainly be said that curze is a bit like batman, perhaps the most radical batman imaginable, but yes

He was one of the most unusual of the primarchs

yes, but also the most tragic, in that had he landed anywhere else he probably would have been perfectly noble, but because he landed on nostramo he his beliefs were doomed from the start

True, but I would not want him to be another "good loyal son", I like him the way he is. Don't we all?

not really, i would've preferred him more sane

ah I see. I can't quite imagine Night haunter not being Night haunter. Was it him that almost killed Dorn?

The imperium would be pretty messed up if he did get to kill Dorn.
