Just a cartoon version of Zuko's Agni Kai with Zhao. Zhao doesn't see the water bucket behind Zuko's back cause he's squinting. Zuko could probably hide a whole bazooka behind him and Zhao would just be like, "Alright punk. Prepare to have a new scar!”

ahaha! I knew which scene this was right from the thumb nail. I see Zhao is facing down his greatest enemy: A bucket of water.
