Hey, been following the comic for awhile on this site but every once in awhile checked the webcomic site for specific updates and the like. Sorry to point out a minor interdenominational plot hole but if sound can travel from Andy to the nice lady with an inordinate amount of fire power at the fingers then why didn't the sound of 30-50 tons of scenery being vaperised travel the other way?
Not that i'm criticizing in any way! Err nice doggies ARRRRR ARRR my legs ARRRRR get them OFFF....

Hmmm......That's a very good point and a studious observation. Perhaps in the next page Van might show a panel of Andy & Hector hearing the echo effect from the blast. If it is an interdimensional 'conduit' that has been established, then sound should travel both ways through the conduit.
It would be a nice point for the purposes of continuity, however it would be inconsequential and ultimately unnecessary. In relativistic terms, there is an obvious apparent time delay from the time it takes for the sound to travel through the conduit, ergo Andy and Hector would hear the opposing sound at a considerably delayed rate as well.

Hmmm, Assuming Andy, Hector, GoGo, et al. are in our current space-time, there is little, if anything, around handy to negate the power of that blaster, let alone the unit of armed soldiers or the dogs only a mother dog could love. And, Little Miss Burning-Pointy-Things is around somewhere too, looking for more eyes to poke out. I see more repairs/renovations on the horizon.

Okay. I'm sensing you may have some serious repressed rage issues (this is well beyond conventional anger) that need addressing and I see an oblong sofa and a psychiatrist speaking in a cliched German accent in your future.
Yet I also understand that, yes, rampant destruction can be therapeutic, dare I say 'cathartic' even. Depends on the mind set. But that mound of dirt never did anything to you except be inanimate and well....uHn...it was down right craven of you to destroy something that...er...can't destroy back, yeah that'll work. That's text book 'bullying' right there and that would make you nothing more than a Bully, albeit a Superhuman Cyborg Bully, but still a bully nonetheless.
