The Archangel Crew
In order of appearance:
I know they aren’t exactly your hardcore steampunk expectations but hey, they’re travelling all the time. Mostly on foot. In many different territories. I have to make it a bit practical. Still, you won’t be disappointed.

Also, please do share who's your favourite from appearance, who you ship (if you do), and any other information that you'd think would happen. I've heard stuff from others and its quite interesting, and I'd like to know what you'd think.

Okay, this looks like SUCH a cool idea! I love adventure stories with a gang of youngsters as the main cast. 
From appearance, I think Penny Silver may be my favorite. And that's such an ironic name, hah, hah! Considering pennies are bronze, heh, heh, ahem, okay, anyway. I like that she is young, but there is a seriousness to her. I always find young characters with hardened hearts interesting.
As for ships, well I'm a hardcore shipper, so let's see what I can do here... some possible ships I can see is
Copper and Jane
Nathan and Penny
Jim and Penny
Nelvin and Jim
Anthony and Annie
Calypso and Verity
Verity and Nelvin
Nathan and Calypso
But for certain, I'm liking Copper/Jane (because they seem to have history) and Anthony/Annie (because I love the stoic, no-nonsense types with bubbly, hyperactive ones. Love iiit. Plus, based off of Annie's description, she's got a troubled side and perhaps Anthony would notice and take her more seriously, and then they'd bond and okay I'm done with my head canon. XD)

I'm so happy you like the story idea, I'm building so much on the story right now - it's crazy. I've actually made it my assignment for school so that I'm forcing myself to work on it! But it's gonna be fun
AH YES! Penelope Silver is incredibly intriguing; I relate to Penny more myself! She's developed so much since I last drew this, and your insight to her is very.... true. Young, yet with a hardened heart - that's very much her.
As for your ships - WOW! It's incredible how you've just put that together! You shall see which are true as the story develops.... (I'm sorry this is such a short response to your in depth comment on the relationships but I don't want to give anything away yet)

Yeah, it's really cool to me, and I enjoy steampunk style stuff it's just so unique and inventive. I'm glad to hear it, because I read about your hiatus and was like Cool, yeah, sometimes that's what you have to do, I'm doing the same thing on my senior project to force myself into developing my concept more, lol. Yeah, even by making it serious work, it can still be super fun!
Yeah, she's just sounds like a really interesting character.
Hah, hah, yeah, I've sort of got a knack for sniffing out ships and the reasons behind them, lol. Okay, I can wait. I understand, confidentiality and of course not wanting to spoil the story beforehand.

oh wow these look so great *cracks knuckles* ok this is who i think will end up as couples (note, i know next to nothing about the characters, i'm just making guesses from the picture)
Copper and Jane are probably going to be a couple though they'll have to go through a lot of angsty stuff to get there. Nathan has a thing for Jane, and Penny has a thing for Nathan, but unrequited on all sides. Jim and Nelvin are probably gay for each other, though neither really realizes it yet. Annie is head over heals for Anthony, who really could care less and then Varity (my personal favorite) and Calypso are just two awesome ladies who don't need no man.
Overall, looks like an amazing cast

Omg your character design is great!! Wow I like all of them so much. I think Verity and Copper are my favorites but... wow I love all of them though I just. OH ALSO JIM BC HE'S SHORT AND THAT'S CUTE but I suppose it's because he's younger... damn.
Just from looking at them, this being the first thing of them I've ever seen, I feel like I might ship Verity and Anthony?? Idk she's looking at him with such an amused expression and he's just like "gdi".

Verity and Anthony.... how interesting.... She's looking at him like that because she is so amused at what he'd do, I mean, there IS a 13 year old acting waay younger than she should asking for him to carry her. Little Annie loves annoying him just as much as Verity does

damn it I think I really am shipping Verity/Anthony........this is a problem, this is called premature shipping where I don't even know the story/characters yet dskljglkdfsg gosh darn it, me
but he looks like a rather serious mature character who might lose his temper easily maybe and Verity looks like a good natured mature character.
okay I need to just read it. But if Verity likes annoying Anthony that makes it even better I just... send help...

You're much right about Anthony, yes! He's just like as you described although he is confident and shares the same amount of mischievousness as his brother. Verity, however, is cautious and keeps herself heavily guarded. She isn't insecure either.... she's just scared most of the time because she cares about all of them a lot.
Hahaha well you'll just have to wait and see....

I understand, it's kind of like an acquired taste - steampunk. But yeah, the detail and the whole Victorian era feel with magic and engineering is just the coolest darn thing for me haha

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA yes they are related! I made them purposely look completely different! No Annie isn't related to the Arteners at all. There's this really funny bit I'm putting into the story to do with the three of them and about that situation as well! They all come up in the same 'book' though.
Calypso is FANFREAKINGTASTIC. I'm pretty sure she's the most interesting - in terms of backstory I mean.
