Description So no one managed to guess right on my "Who's That Pokemon?" WIP. I do have plans for a Charmander in the future though, which is what many people thought it was.

Ever since I started doing the fuzzy yarn crocheting, my husband kept asking me to make him a Torchic. And now he won't let go of the thing.

Torchic stands at about 16 inches (40 cm). I'm extremely happy with this one, because it made me stop to problem solve a lot of the pieces. The feet and wings which I just made up as I went, came out awesome.

I do have plans to make plenty more Pokemon like this in the future . Stay tuned!

This is just a suggestion, but it would be funny if you made a tanglea that was REALLY fluffy.

My husband read your comment, threw a pile of fuzzy yarn on the floor, and claimed he made me a Tangela. I'll look into it though. Not sure how I would go about making one.

This is adorable and I'm amazed that people can make things like this with this yarn. I'm working on a blanket with it right now. Knowing how soft this yarn is he just looks so cuddly! Are you making all pokemon with this yarn? Can't wait to see more!

Honestly, it's not an easy yarn to work with. And if I hadn't been crocheting for years now, I don't think I would be able to. Yes, all of the future Pokemon I make will be done like this! I'm probably going to start a new one today. Thank you very much!

Thank you very much! I do have plans for a Charmander in the future. And yea, I did not expect the feet to come out as well as they did! I was kind of just playing around with an idea in my head that I wasn't sure if it was going to work, and it ended up being great!

I would have never guessed Torchic.  Probably because the material looks pink to me.  But I do have color differentiation issues, so there's that.

My first photo was a quick one on my iPad that wasn't the greatest quality, so I can understand that. It's almost a salmon colors, so I can see how you might have gotten pink.
