Description i found out that you could get secret costumes for the chars of sa2 a while ago, and i remember being utterly shocked by rouge's outfit...one wouldn't have thought that they would allow a character to wear so...little...in a kid's game...but then i got the urge to draw her in her outfit anyway...i wanna get the secret outfits for them!!! even if sonic and shadow look like skeletons...but i can barely get an e, let alone an a on the levels...-_-''(yes, i know e is the lowest rank--it just goes to show how bad a player i am). so anyway...the colours for her suit are a little screwed up...i couldn't quite mix them properly so they came out too blue, i think...and the stems of her wings too green...i miss rouge's old voice....augh...erm...i think that's it...:s

You have to get A rank on ALL levels for the character. (I think....don't quote me on that! :S)

Her Halloween outfit shows even more. It's so revealing you can actuallly see visible cleavage on her! I suppose your scanner has color distortion problems like mine? You'll be glad to hear her new voice in Sonic Free Riders and Sonic Colors (for the DS)! Same here, I love Rouge, too!

Find someone who downloaded the Halloween DLC on their Dreamcast. The service was discontinued years ago.

Such a sexy pic, and we got a guy that is talking about the boots?! I tell you what I like about this pic: the skin color, the "bouyancy" of the breasts, lly getting aroundand her legs! Even with pencils, you have drawn the outline such that it accenuates her natural curves and all that has made Rouge "stand out" amongst all the other female Sonic characters. I am finally getting around to SA2 myself, so you can bet I will be looking for those myself! sEXY-FAV!

Actually finalhazard is easier to beat than the first fight with Shadow & the regular Biolizard The regular Biolizard is much harder than the Finalhazard
