Description Part of the collaboration going on for Gen 3 stuff.

I wanted to do this one traditionally and gotta admit that drawing the spikes were fun. (BTW this is a Male Cacturne. Females have a giant Diamond on their torso, males have the 3 diamonds)

thanks! I actually had a hard time matching the green's compared to the latest gen version so I went more of the actual 3rd gen colors from the sprite form
