Spainish, Mexican, and Bolivian!The Mexican dress might seem a bit plain, but I didn't want to over-pattern it. Besides, I used to own a skirt like that, actually. It had only two striped on the bottom, turquoise and red. But it was very fluffy (and would stick to everything, including itself!) And socks similar, too, but they ripped a long time ago.
Flamenco dress is NOT in motion, its just very poofy.

Lolita isn't regarded as cosplay, though! It's a fashion style, whereas cosplay implies it is a costume made to look look like someone. Costume and Outfit have different connotations.
