The contrast in this photo is lovely and I think you've done a good job capturing the mood. There's something very distinct about this, though, that reminds me of a piece of literature that I read in my Spanish class about how technology and life in the city made it difficult for any form of relationship - whether it be friendship or love - to form, as though it were isolating us from one another. One of the characters was described much like your model looks - she was even in a cafe as well!

Nice shot. Especially the depth of field is great. However I don't quite get the lonely feeling- perhaps because it's so neat and nice looking? If anything, to me she looks comfortable in her solitude. But different people, different interpretations, right?

Well, everywone have to be alone sometimes. And some people even like it more when they're lonely.
For me, loneliness doesn't always mean sadness, and I wanted to show that in this picture. So yes, you're right - different people, different iterpretations
