After the explosion, the crew recieve an audio only recordng Kululu made; saying that upon his death, or if his vitals dropped below his comfort zone, the crew was to be given each special items.

Tamama still received the bracers...letting him impact blast from his mouth and hands.

Keroro still received the Star Circlet...transforming him into a hyper battlesuited gundam like fighter.

Dororo still got a special Assassin Blade...it basically made him faster, stronger, his armored shield almost unbreakable and could slay more than one enemy at a time.

Giroro changed the most. The original had him receiving two special guns; which when he grabbed them, scanned his body. At this point in time, Giroro's left arm had been broken during a battle. The gun in his left hand created a bracer like case around his arm, so he could still use it. The other was like a super mini blaster, but super light and compact. He also got a super fast jet pack.

Instead, in the drawing, I gave him super guns, extra flight wings still with super fast jetpack, and a special visor similar to Garuru's.

They all band together and fight the remaining enemies; Giroro sorta goes on a mini rampage and kills the enemy he was fighting; the others eventually kill their personal enemies off too.

After the battle, their items start disappearing. They were basically one use. They start fading away in the order everyone got theirs. Giroro realizes he has at least a good ten seconds, and blasts his way towards what use to be mountain lab. Right as his items fade, he tumbles into the remains of the cave.
