Aah! I've finished it! I've finally frackin finished it!
Unfortunately..my camera is being crappy and i couldn't get a really clear sharp picture. bah. I'll keep trying!
I'm also going to upload some detailed shots in a momento.
So! Here it finally is. My take on Alice in Wonderland.
My mister gave me the wonderful idea of doing everything in greyscale, but Alice in colour because she's the main focus. Wasn't quite sure how it would come out but i'm happy with the result.
Was my idea to add splashes of red and green in the greyscale work.
Done on A2 paper with Tria Markers.

hello!
I was just giving you an update on the tattoo. I know it has been a while. Almost a year i think...
but I finally got some more work done on it today. 3 hours worth of outlining added. only the red queen and the flare around her needs to be added and then we will go on to the 10 hours or so of shading and then we should be done. I'm excited and thought i would let you know that i am getting it worked on it is just taking longer than expected to get the funds to finish it.
anyway here is the picture of the process so far. [link]
we added the white rabbit, march hare, mad hatter, cheshire cat, and the catepillar as well as the flowers on the bottom finished the bordering and the fuck ton of mushrooms spread throughout. i'm so stoked that it's getting closer to being finished. and by the way you have no idea how many compliments i have gotten on this. i give all credit to you.

They're not too bad really. I'm a complete nooblet with markers (sorry, too many mmorpgs..), but I find them fairly easy. They blend wonderfully but bleed like a fiend on the wrong kind of paper. Think the paper I used for this piece was pretty heavy duty stuff.
