Wanted to make this sort of joke image for a long, long while, and I guess mostly the reason why I had never bothered since the moment a picture borders the "requires explanation" territory, especially for something that can be seen as a joke, I'm less willing to conceptualize it. The characters involved are my Mewthrees (Harddense, Demisewan, Swadeaqua, Vicebane, Mewblade), and one of my Fakemon Pokemon species, this one being Sharimy, my tiger shark Pokemon.

My Mewthrees I basically compare to Sonic The Hedgehog characters, which is basically two things: Either they touch water and practically die, or immediately sink to the bottom like a rock. Harddense is made out of iron, so salt water is a no for him, period (he's not afraid of Sharimy, just the entire idea of the ocean). He also sinks like a rock. Demisewan, while she can swim would basically look like a drowned rat afterwards. Swadeaqua's problems with water is that she isn't a particularly dignified swimmer, that and she might inadvertently attract unwanted attention, making the water around her turn into basically a scene from Jaws. Vicebane can swim, but as he has both sensitive skin, and tends to sweat chemicals as a defensive mechanism, having something that interferes with that just makes him uncomfortable. Mewblade doesn't actually breathe and she is also very heavy, so in her case she simply sinks to the bottom of any pool or bath you throw her into. Poor Sharimy though, from above the waves Mewblade might look quite a bit like a shark with those scythes. Tough luck, my little nibbler. You're not going to get any loving tonight.

Art style is utter ugly. I hate this image. The only thing I even remotely like is the perspective used on the water, and after that everything else ends up in the dislike pile. Okay, and just maybe Harddense's expression is hilarious.
