Ahhh good question I did manage to give her a decent story....
She is a russian that went to the same secret agent college as Kitty
There they were both regarded as immature and rather inappropiate at times
Kitty went on to work for T.U.F.F. as for Sasha R.U.F.F. after they managed to pass spy college (in between that time they had many mishaps and dangers that made them quit there vulgar and childish ways and take things more seriously)
