With the announcement of the closure of SINoALICE we are again reminded that games as a service, which are most of mobile games, are doomed to be unplayable in the future.

This is a nightmare for preservation of video games and more publishers/ developers should try and make offline versions of their games just as Capcom did with the release of MEGA MAN X DiVE Offline and Square did with Kingdom Hearts Dark Road.
