I tried a new tchnique on her hair. i usually draw evey hair strand on the lineart, and then color within the lines. This time i left the tips loose, and just used individual Brush Strokes to define the flow. i think its pretty cool.

New technique works well - it kind of mimics the transparancy hair gets when it separates and flies off.
And very anatomically correct too.

i don't know how to describe it. your usual colouring seems harder, which would have gone well with her. you actually gave her a hard, tough-girl look, but the colours are soft, so she has a kinda faded out look, like this more of a memory picture or like she's under the bright sun.
i'm actually glad you didn't do every strand of hair this time. it looks more organic here.
