This is a wicked sketch that my buddy Qiqo [link] whipped up in, like a few seconds!!I gave it a once over clean'r up'r in pencil, n' then inked it! den he did the toning @__@
I'm like the assistant to his Mangaka!! thanx buddy!!

I wanted to let you and your buddy know that this image inspires me. Not very long ago, looking at other people's artwork discouraged me and made me believe I was never going to be as good as them, so I would want to give up. I no longer feel that way, though. In fact, looking at this artwork encourages me--I see bits and pieces of my own developing art style in this and other artwork I have looked at recently, and it all helps me to realize that I am getting there; I -am- becoming as good as the people I used to envy, and that makes me feel so very, very happy. So thank you guys for drawing one of my favorite anime characters, but more than that, thank you for becoming good artists to inspire artists like me to continue trying to be as good as we want to be.
