I'd be more creeped out that an adult had been attracted to me since I was a little kid than anything else.
Also that she completely abandoned her job all the sudden and kinda just left everyone to figure out what to do with one half of a diarchy, no sun goddess, and a shit-ton less power to defend itself with against all potential evils.
Plus all the resources that'd go into finding the Princess.

no but its easier to ship two characters you like then to find a completly new one. Because the show is mainly about girls its easier and also very cute to ship them. It also opens another door for trouble because its not considered normal (even though it is). It doesnt make them gay because theyre girls but because its very easy to think "what would happen if they feel more then friendship?". Im a big shiper of characters that I know dont belong together because its not in the series, movie, book (Torki, Frostiron, Spideypool, AragornLegolas, Stony,...).
