Personality:
Rook is an incredibly curious and well rounded wyngling who has a knack for music. She's quite fond of catchy beats and may be found trotting about humming a fabricated tune, repeating and readjusting as needed. Little Rook loves to learn new things and is always open to expanding her arsenal of knowledge (she's quite the hands-on learner!). The only item that links Rook to her past is a worn, ragged and singed book that has followed her since she hatched. Though she can't understand the strange scrawling on the pages, she will often occupy herself by admiring the pictures that were so carefully painted onto each page. As much as she loves her book, she often becomes frustrated through her inability to decipher the strange symbols. This frustration may lead to rather violent temper tantrums and cause her to do things she often regrets.

Interestingly enough, Rook has an unexplained fear of fire. She's not sure why, but the element strikes fear into her heart and will easily shake the wyngling to the core. It's fair to say that she has a strong aversion to the element and will often avoid certain areas that may of been linked to fire itself (such as a campfire).

Rook is fond of the nature that surrounds her but she can't quite shake the feeling that this isn't where she belongs-- it almost feels as if part of her is missing. Because of this empty feeling, she often finds her way to the edge of the forest to watch the sleepy town of Wynsiph and observe the antics that seem so foreign to her.

History:
Surprise, surprise! I'm actually not going to lay out the story here and now! I'll add it on as Rook gets more development. For now here's a small blurb:

Rook doesn't remember much. Her mother, her father? Both are simply figments that her mind enjoys to play with. Perhaps she had a loving family or perhaps her egg was simply for trade. It's all speculation, but one thing is for certain: there was fire. Did she hatch in the flames? Escape from them? Was she rescued? Sadly, Rook cannot remember. The book she carries was with her during the burning memory but much like the scrawl she cannot read, it is all but a mystery.

View On Relationships and Breeding: She may develop temporary crushes when she encounters strange wynglings but she honestly doesn't know what the feelings are or how to handle them~
