It seems different in shape than longer grown ones, and in tissue it's hard to catch the shape. So, I wanted to know. Thank you!

It's my pleasure! There is a possibility that in the primary culture there will be not only fibroblasts, but also other types of cells. But this is easy to check by staining for fibroblast markers. If it is a tissue, not a culture, then you can do the same. Although, it seems to me, it is difficult to confuse fibroblasts with something else. Polarized motion, leading edge, lamella - the main signs.
