Vision: I think that you had a good idea in mind when you started this piece, and I can see the thought put into it, as well as the appearance of quite a bit of time.
Originality: I can't say that this is anything new, this pose has been used a million times, and the character looks extremely similar to Hinata from Naruto. The Kimono is very interesting though, I love the pattern you have on it.
Technique: It appears that you've used a mix of techniques for this piece, striving for realism in some places and anime in others. While I appreciate the effort made, it can also appear that some parts of it have been cut/pasted in, as though from different images. Try to be consistent in your work.
Impact: This is your lowest rating because I can't really see much of an impact from it. It's a cute piece, but overall nothing that is mind blowing.
Really take a look at keeping your style consistent, I think that's the main issue here. Along with that, try being more crisp with your outlines (the kimono blends with the background). Overall, a good piece.

im not a fan of naruto but the actual hair was not like mine though but i find it hard to do so yeah it look different than the original haha .
i don't really quite get the techniques used, just use what i can do though
im not good with realism stuf that mostly focused on the skin, face built and anime stuf color but yeah im still searching what kind of coloring i feel suitable for me,
still new to digital and traditional art thing, but yeah i hope i can find style of my own and getting better at it
mind giving some guidance as what part of it that seems like a cut or pasted thing ? cause i didn't see or feel anything like that

I thought that the face and hair seemed very different, the hair seemed realistic and the eyes very manga. Try and find an in-between style so they go together better

The only thing out of place for me is her face, namely her eyes & mouth. They don't seem consistent with the overall technique of the piece.
