Description This dragon can not only see a person's greatest fear, but can make their worst fear
come to life. They are also the only dragon species that can be albino. When this happens
The skin is white with red stripes and black horns, and their wings pretty much stay the
same color but their eyes turn blue.

Black horns/wings, on an albino?

As lovely as this drawing is, I don't think you understand what albinism is.
It's the lack of melanin - which is the pigment that makes things black or brown. Red might work, since it's a carotenoid pigment, not affected by melanin levels, but not black.

That said, though, this is a lovely drawing and I like the shading.

i know that but dragons dont always have to make sense.

Then why not just call it an alternate color?
Dragons don't have to make sense but that's not a reason to change the definition of a word. Albino means that it lacks melanin. If that's not true, it's just an alternate coloration, not an albino.

Even so, I still like your drawing. You have a good grasp of anatomy.
