[EDIT]: Haha! Finally have a higher quality image! (After a long time...)My contest entry for 's contest: Crown of Flowers.
I chose thyme blossoms, because in the language of flowers, they represent strength and courage. Don't you think that suits Ed a little bit? (Hell, it suits Al as well.
)And the blossoms are really tiny, too. About the size of a thumbnail. I made them a little bigger so they could be seen better.
And Ed's also tiny, too-*takes an automail to the head*
I thought the automail was going to be difficult, but it was surprisingly easy. (unlikeAl'sarmor...)
I'll upload a higher quality image later.

Another Edward Elric. I remembered the first time that I was asked to be a critique for his work. For this one, It's a painting. Every artist has his own ways on how to reflect ones ideas and emotions into the paper, like this one for example and I respect that. I find the mixing of colors good and a bit dark. He looks pale though, the color of his skin (I don't know if its because of the camera or that I can't see it clearly) I like how you put colors on the blossoms as I presume this would be the highlight of the picture. The automail is somewhat ahmm..big for his profile but if you focused on how it was colored and shaded its definitely cool. Like I said, every artist has his own ways of showing to the world how one interprets art like you did and for that I acknowledge you for not everyone can express themselves the same way.

Oh. LOL Now it see it! Those petals falling down and the blossoms in the hair. I just didn't look at it carefully and immediately dismissed purple round stuff as grapes xD My bad.
