Leia was only raised by the Organas because Anakin joined the dark side and Padme died. If that hadn't happened Anakin and Padme would've raised her. They don't that's going to happen so they'd be preparing in case they have a daughter. I would've loved to see Anakin/Vader's reaction if he saw Leia wearing that slave bikini though; he'd be so angry (and deadly).
