Sari Sumdac, from Transformers Animated, and Witchie Poo, from Adan Warren's DC 1,000,000 comic book series. I have to confess, when I saw on TV the Mini Teen Titans short, and watching the end of the short, I was shock when I saw that teen heroine; and, like everyone else, I thought that she was Sari. Thanks to , everything was clear up. This is the inked version; I will upload later the colorized version. Enjoy.(c) & Cartoon Network.

Even though she isn't actually Sari she could technically be a Sari from another reality. Β It wouldn't be too much of a stretch really.
