My gawd, this is breathtaking. The lighting's right on the mark; it's almost as if you had a 3D model of Samus. Wait...did you?
And the detail in the suit - holy crap. I wish I knew what to say. How long do you spend on these drawings?
Now I really regret that I left my Wii and Metroid Prime Trilogy back home...

Hmm, I probably spent 3-4 hours on this one (it's based off a old pencil/pen picture I did). Usually, my works take around 3-5 hours each. Regrettably, I haven't played a lot of Metroid games XD. I would like to though!

There's some incredible 3D work out there. Like this [link] and this [link] . I'm not kidding when I say that your Samus could've been mistaken for a stylized 3D render of some sort.
Ooh, if you're looking to get going on the Metroid franchise, I really recommend getting the Trilogy on the Wii and Hunters on the DS. Frickin' amazing stuff, I'm telling you!

Yeah, it kinda sucks XD. I just get the impression that every time I get a new game, they don't really approve of it. My Mom especially (thinks I'm too old for them). So, I rarely buy them. But hey, I'm pretty sure it'll improve soon.
