Wow! Are we seriously up to page 37? I can’t even keep track anymore…Anyhoo, here’s another page in the fight sequence. I should have paid more attention to the lineart for this page—it’s quite sloppy. But I get to start beating Jared up, yay!
In this page, you really do begin to see the parallel between Slade and Jared, father and son. I used the terms “old man” and “kiddo” because they are two words used as “dad” and “son.” I don’t want to stereotype Jared as Slade’s son, so I used less final terms to describe their relationship.
I apologize for the lack of innovate background and revolutionary drawing, but lately I’ve been feeling like an eighteen-wheeler just plowed me in the chest.

I don't have any intention of continuing Jared comics after I finish out this one, but I may *possibly* write a fanfic or draw more Jared art/mini comics after. Plus, I will be developing his backstory even more.

YES DONT STOP! Try to think of it this way. When some one is reading a book they don't always comment on every individual page they read because they are cought up in it and waiting for what will happen next before they say as they please to say.
This is similar exept we have to wait a while for the next page. ^^ Continue. It's getting pretty good and i wanna see who wins.
Also i love your idea and how u used symbolism in here. It makes perfect sense...I kinda picked it up when i read it but i got it even better after i read your artists comments. And its deffinantly neet i htink how you thought of all of that. Very well done. ^^
