Drawn for the 24th PE round, Kaila and Connor are 's characters. Terri has this awesome comicbook style that I didn't dare even try to emulate, hence the .. only-vaguely-resembling-her-characters-n ess. -_-;; Couldn't say why, but these two really brought out the Utena in me (not a 69 composition, I swear), which came in handy since I tried to convey Kaila's vulnerability. Unfortunately, I've gotten so out of practice working in flat black and white alone, which I had to do since I was unfamiliar with these characters' colors, it all came out looking rather ... well, flat. Apologies for that. Hope it's not too horrendous.Related content

they are in your own style, and that kicks mucho butts believe me... I really love their serene expression, and the composition works very fine... that linework is impressive and they look far from flat...
you souldn't say things like that you know... that's a very good drawing!

I really love the ying-yang composition of the characters and how relaxed and pleased they seem to just be noying each other's company. And I love the lineart, it's smooth and so complete. I find it very difficult to make inks look like a completed piece itself but you did so very very nicely

I think this has a great look to it, with the super clean linework, and the cover like composition, it really makes for a great piece. I love her face the most, very nice work!
