A favorite series of mine...This little dragonfly decided to pose for me for about an hour and I snapped around 60 photos of him. Decided upon 20 or so to upload. 2009. Beautiful little dragonfly.Related content

Fantastic capture! I don't know how you managed to find one so still and get close enough to take a picture but wow, it's beautifully in focus.

I'm not sure why he was so photogenic either, he could fly just fine.... Just decided to sit there for an hour for me while I snapped shots of him. Maybe he got frightened because I was so close? I unno. Thanks for the comment.
