these A6-sized ink-drawings were done on Saturday night for 'Relative Sketch' - an event organised by Relative Magazine ( [link] ). I was one of about 8 or so artists who were asked to sit at a table in the middle of the room and draw for hours, while people wandered around enjoying conversation, drinks, and the chance to watch us at work, and perhaps buy our pieces when we finished them.
I sold a few, which was great.
I think it's the longest stretch of purely drawing (that means no outside distractions of any kind..) I've done in a very long time... maybe 4 - 5 hours or so.

please take the time to full view this piece, as it is quite impossible to see the grumpy old men otherwise.
