I dont know guys, but when I vivit new region, I don;t really want to puse older gen Pokemon...and the fate stikes me and give me 3 Annoying rats , 2 of them from older gens...

Yes, because i've already chosen the fire-starter and i didn't want to crush my boyfriend (we're playing the games together and after every arena we battle) with three fire-tipes. xD Although he found my Gyrados rather unfair. (had a nice nature and very good dv's when i checked)

I had to choose Bulbasaur due to my planned team was completely weak to Fairy-type, but I decided to box it anyway and replace Megasaur with Dragalge.

Me too XD and the hardest thing is that even the game is telling you "USE THOSE MEGAEVOLUTIONS!" and you are like "only if there are from new gen mons!" actually there aren't I think =_='

And worst thing is that half of the megaevos are from pokΓ©mon I've already owned, so I don't feel like training them again (I prefer to wait to download them from the previous games on december)

one of the things that held me back from getting black and white was the lack of older pokemon before post game. im happy that xy avoided that. Although i will agree that these two are pretty overated.

actually i prefer new pokemons
so BW is pretty awesome for me
especially since a region full of new pokemons are really rare
in fact only BW do that, other games always have pokemons from other generations (except Kanto of course, but that doesn't count because it is the first)

I know what you mean, in my X blindelocke I took both of them and lost mega blaziken from recoil...now in my Y Nuzlocke i took squirtle and boxed Torchic....the game is so much harder when you don't have a fire, grass, or fighting type in your team

has been for me, I went through with Chesnaught originally along with charizard and blaziken and though i lost my blaziken sadly, Chesnaught covered a wide variety of things i ran into throughout the game.

mine was, she was faster then my combusken and she was strong enough to destroy the massive dark types, and water types and it was just hilarious watching Gyrados fail against her.
Also based on my current team i think may also be why this nuzlocke is harder, (Water/Dark, Psychic, Rock/ice, Ice, water, Electric/normal) shame that i lost all the pokemon that could make up for my weaknesses on the team....
