Where is the setting for this excellent piece? I know the original card/art was from Mirrodin but the buildings in the background of this picture look like this scene is from Ravnica? Am I correct?

If you allow me to criticize:
I REALLY like this artwork. However...
It looks much more like an Instant, Sorcery or Enchantment than an Artifact (Which is the card's type).
Maybe because the size of the shackels is too small compared to the rest of the image...

The shackles look like they have faces on them, chomping down on the monster's wrists. I imagine that's how it would feel to have those damn things on you... Awesome.
