I have been wanting to do this meme for ages, basically since the moment posted it. But there was always some other event or something going on in real life and I never had a chance to get around to it. Now I have! Yay!

Design-wise, I wanted to combine Emily's American/Western interpretation of witches with the one associated with African culture and hyenas that Crocutamon brings to the table. Researching African witches turned out to be quite an educating experience as there's a variety of types. But since Emily is not particularly malicious and would bring in aspects of guidance and kindness, negating some of Crocutamon's darker design elements on principle, I decided to use the sangoma for Crocutamon's half of the inspiration, since they are known for their healing and divination (not nastier spells or hexes) and also are predominantly female. So the oxtail brush staff and the bag of divination bones are from the sangoma, while the huge arcane tome and the tarot cards are from the American/European interpretation of a caster.

I also feel like if a human and Digimon happen to identify as different genders, the Digimon will default to whatever the human identifies as automatically, thus Crocutamon's sudden swap to being a female 'mon lol. This is also the only time he swaps to being a Vaccine type, with Emily's good-hearted influence.

Wisdomon is, as her name implies, very wise—and very strong. A powerful caster of both arcane and spiritual magics, she is disinclined to enter battle lightly, but is a force to behold when she does. Her Eterna Codex grants her access to nearly every kind of spell or ability, though it holds so much information it can be difficult to discern what is necessary without first foreseeing what she needs. Her divination skills with both the bones and tarot cards permit her to discover almost anything that she does not already know, making her a great asset to her allies, especially those who seek advice or assistance. This Digimon enjoys assisting and healing others, and will offer her wisdom freely if asked. Be warned, however—attempting to glance into the Eterna Codex without permission can be dangerous, as its vast amount of knowledge can be overwhelming to mere mortals and lesser Digimon. When not in use, Wisdomon keeps it securely locked and chained to her belt at all times.

Although Wisdomon excels in ranged combat with her spellcasting, and in support combat with her healing and defensive abilities, she lacks for close-range physical attacks and has very poor defense and endurance. She can also fly—a fact which makes her Digimon core exceedingly happy.

Attacks:
Wisdom of Foresight ~ Uses the divination bones, tarot cards, or sometimes both to 'read' things unseen. If used in battle, she gains foresight regarding the enemy's weakness. If used outside of combat it can allow her to answer questions about almost anything.

Eterna Codex~ Opens her book and reads a spell from it. It defaults to summoning a flame spell if used by itself. However, if she's used Wisdom of Foresight already she knows the enemy's weakness—and will use it on them instead (ex. a Nightmare Soldiers Digimon might be hit by Light spells instead). It can even summon physical attacks or power-ups (similar to how cards could be used to temporarily add additional skills to Digimon in the third season).

Ancestral Call ~ Uses the ox-tail staff to summon lost data or old spirits for assistance. If used on herself, she can temporarily create a shield of strong positive energy to protect herself against attacks. If used for others, she can heal fellow Digimon. Note that she cannot heal herself, however.
