Is there any way to get this picture in 1920x1040/1080 and still look as detailed and HD as this does? Tried so hard to play around with the photo but it just looks crappy when im done :/ beautiful work, by the way absolutely lost in it.

Excellent work! I like how you made her look more real, all while retaining the essence of her. The only thing I would kibbitz on, is the pronounced front theath. I don't think they were present like this in the game, I can only assume it is something you find cute.Β

Wow.... this is pure awesome-ness. Initially I was little surprised by which reference you used since it reminds me of so many other things. At first, I thought you used a pic from Ormeli's gallery (since they based Liz off her) but then I noticed the lips were a bit thicker. Love the addition of freckles, makes me think of the early concept art/renderings of Elizabeth (where she did have them) and the fact she pulled her ponytail bit to the front. The amount of detail in this amazing; her piercing blue eyes, the strokes in her hair, even the little infinite symbols included in her choker. She looks so realistic, it's breathtaking (cheesy metaphor but you know what i mean). I'm kinda envious, my drawing isn't nearly as good as this. Definitely fav-ing this.

An Amazing portrayal of the Elizabeth I am absolutely blown away of the detail you are amazing. Was this done on a computer? if so could you maybe point me in a direction I have been dying to recreate some artwork of my favorite games however I cant quite get color on to them. Thanks! I painted this in Photoshop CS6 with an Intuos 4 tablet. Pretty much the only tools you need for digital painting are a pressure-sensitive tablet (Wacom tablets are A+), the software for painting (Photoshop is my personal favorite but there's some decent free ones), and your computer. Then use the internet to collect all of the possible resources to help you paint (dA has some amazing tutorials and references). The key to developing painting skills is referencing the real world, learning from other artists' work, and practice!
