I was playing Morrowind a while ago and as I was leaving St Olms at night one of the ordinators turned round and just stared at me. So I had to pause it and grab my tablet
I've yet to commit a crime in any of their cities, these guys are just too intimidating to mess with

In my very first Morrowind game, the Ordinators tried to kill me every time I went to Vivec. Then I found out I wasn't supposed to let them see me wearing Indoril helmets or Curiasses. Whoops.
