Description
Name comes from Cephalopod + Suspect. It was supposed to be a “villainous counterpart” to Finizen / Palafin based on a vampire squid. Funny enough my original plan was for it to be a heroic blanket octopus (cause it looks like it has a cape) in a New Zealand region.
