Description Chapter I:

"Every year, the ninjas who live and protect the Leaf Village, do a physical exam to verify that their bodies are in good condition, so as not to affect the performance of their mission. Tsunade, the granny with the biggest boobs in Konoha, is in charge of taking care of this matter for the new Hokage, Naruto. Sakura, Ino and Hinata, who are the Milfs most desired by all the men in the village, arranged a meeting of friends at the Hokage's office to try to help Tsunade organize the documents with names, photos and measurements of all the Leaf Ninjas. (They also gossiped a lot about their husbands' poor performance in bed...). Tsunade, who hadn't had sex with a man in years, had her hormones on edge just knowing that she would see many naked male bodies when she took the exam...
And when that day arrived, Ino, Sakura and Hinata, being the closest friends of the Godaime Hokage, Tsunade decided that her friends should be the first Ninja to pass the inspection, to get them out of the big line. With ulterior motives, already knowing that Sakura Uchiha and Ino Yamanaka still don't get along as well as she thought, Tsunade makes this a great opportunity to try a possible reconciliation that of course, would only be resolved within four walls...".
