Well this is my edit of Naruto chapter 482. In the chapter Karin had a flash back of when she first saw Sasuke during the chunin exams, and the image of him smiling then was positioned in contrast with his current self to show how he's changed. So I've edited the picture to help show the contrast a little myself.Related content
