i had asked if he had any preferences for a background. He asked for magisters terrace, but changed his mind to the exodar. I extremely enjoy all the pretty lights and crystals in the exodar, so the background here was a great experience for me as well.

The lighting effects for the "glow" or "magic" was kind of difficult. I went through a bunch of things i just shook my head at and went "this is not how its supposed to look!" it was a lot of gradient flares, supernovas, and erasing.

and her tail! really likes the idea of the female tails being long instead of a stub that dangles from their rear. its supposed to be a muscle-less motionless tendril like they have at their necks, but i still like this version better haha. maybe its just the 4th ed tiefling i played as my first dungeons and dragons character....lol

Very cool! The lighting trick is really interesting, and I've never really thought of using things like supernovas as magic effects! I'll definitely consider that in the future!

oh ok. i tend to like gimp better for a lot of things. its also free. thats a big bonus haha.
