Just like with Cap and Cloud, I think Wesker has too many physical advantages.

Well Liquid is more or less equal to Solid Snake, and we've already seen what Snake can do. And Liquid's skills in CQC is way beyond Chris and Sheeva, and while Wesker is a good martial artist, due to his life style, he only rarely decides to get his hands dirty. And Liquid Ocelot has been around since the cold wars, giving him far more experience.
