Description
For my entry I decided to draw Kaguya as the goddess of rabbits!! Kaguya is actually a character from the Japanese story The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter. It’s stars with princess Kaguya from the moon being born on earth and raised by the bamboo cutter that finds her. When she grows up her beauty after acts 5 wealthy suitors. Each of which she gives them impossible tasks they all end up failing and finally she attracts the interest of the emperor. At the end she finally travels her origins are returns to the moon. It’s a nice tale studio Ghibli like made out of it, but I digress. So with that in mind I wanted to give her a certain goddess like vibe. I was also listening to the song Goddess by Cepheid whose album’s art was also a major influence. At the end I decided to make the rabbits simple and cute, because I totally didn’t run out of time . Anyways sorry for rambling so much. I hope you enjoyed this and every amazing magical entry!!!!
